Customer Service

Mstar Customer Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We recently completed a major overhaul of our Customer Care department and customer satisfaction ratings are now among the highest in the industry.

Content Filtering

We believe you should be able to choose the content you allow into your home. Mstar TV comes standard with Parental Control options, so you decide what to filter and what to allow. You can block programming by rating, channel or content. 

We also provide you with the resources to take advantage of superior Internet filtering technology at no cost to you. Mstar customers have the option to choose K9 Web Protection*, the most sophisticated and accurate Web filtering technology available today.
